ORDERING PROCESS
All prices on our website include decoration where/as specified. If the price table states that the item is blank then no decoration is included. Please check the terms and conditions at the bottom of each product page for more information on what is included in the specified pricing.
Prices do not include freight as this will depend on the product/quantity ordered as well as your delivery location. Freight costs will be confirmed for you during the formal quoting process or please contact us for a freight estimate.
We hate sneaky set up costs as much as you do! That’s why we always clearly state what, if any, costs are not included in the prices on our website, in our formal quotes, and on our art proofs. If there is a separate set up cost involved, we will always state this clearly. Freight and GST are usually the only other additional costs and again, these will be clearly noted. Depending on the nature of your order, additional fees may apply in special circumstances such as: a rush order, excessive artwork changes being requested, ordering less than the minimum order quantity, late order cancellations, and changes to delivery arrangements mid-order. Again, these will always be communicated clearly to you prior to you being charged.
This is the minimum order quantity that must be ordered for a particular product. It is the first/smallest quantity listed in the price tables on our website.
For some products you may be able to order less than the MOQ, however, a small order fee may apply. You can order larger quantities than we have listed on our website. Please contact us for pricing.

Of course! We are more than happy to email you a quote. Once you know what items you are interested in, please contact us to request a quote. Please include important details such as the product/s, quantity/s, and type of decoration required.
Merchandise colours on the website and throughout catalogues are usually accurate, however, occasionally product colours may vary slightly. The colours are to be used only as a guide. Please contact us if you have specific colour requirements or concerns, or to arrange to see a physical sample of a blank product.
We can supply sizing charts for all apparel to help you work out what sizes you need. The best way to ensure accurate sizing is to measure a garment which already fits you comfortably and use this measurement to determine the best size. This is done by laying the garment out on a flat surface. The garment is then measured across the front, side-seam to side-seam, from just a few centimetres below where the sleeve joins the body of the garment. Alternatively, if you are ready to proceed with an order but are still unsure of sizing, you can visit our showroom to try on a sample, or we can organise a sample to be sent to you (you will need to organise the return of the sample in its original packaging/condition to our address).
You can call, email, visit us or contact us here or through social media to place an order. Once you have received a formal quote and are happy to go ahead with an order, we will organise an art proof for your approval. This is to clarify details of the order to ensure the final product will be what you envisioned. We require you to approve this via email for our records. Once we have received this approval, we consider this confirmation of your order and will proceed with ordering stock and scheduling the order into production. Changes at this stage usually cannot be made to the order, however, if you have concerns please contact us as soon as possible.
We sure can! Our team has years of graphic design experience and is more than happy to work with you to create original artwork for your order. This is usually free of charge, however, in some rare instances an artwork fee may apply, but this will always be discussed with you before we proceed!

PAYMENT
Since the products you order are decorated with your details we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. If you feel your order was processed incorrectly, or if one or more of the products contain a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome is reached. Certainly, if the error is on our behalf, we will rectify the mistake to the best of our ability.
