PRICING

ORDERING PROCESS

Pricing on our website is based on the product, order quantity, and type of decoration (if applicable) stated in the price table. GST is additional to these prices for all items (except footwear as stated). Any set up costs are usually included in these prices, except for the $35 embroidery set up fee, which is noted separately. Please check the terms and conditions at the bottom of each product page for more information on what is included in the specified pricing.

We hate sneaky set up costs as much as you do! That’s why we always clearly state what, if any, costs are not included in the prices on our website, in our formal quotes, and on our art proofs. If there is a separate set up cost involved, we will always state this clearly. Freight and GST are usually the only other additional costs and again, these will be clearly noted. Depending on the nature of your order, additional fees may apply in special circumstances such as: a rush order, excessive artwork changes being requested, ordering less than the minimum order quantity, late order cancellations, and changes to delivery arrangements mid-order. Again, these will always be communicated clearly to you prior to you being charged.

ARTWORK

Of course! We have thousands of products available (not to mention our custom product options) and we simply can’t fit them all on our website! If you have something specific in mind, please email us with the details and we will see what’s possible. If you need help or suggestions, we can email you a list of ideas or send you physical catalogues if you prefer to browse that way. You are also welcome to come and visit our showroom for inspiration!

We can supply sizing charts for all apparel to help you work out what sizes you need. The best way to ensure accurate sizing is to measure a garment which already fits you comfortably and use this measurement to determine the best size. This is done by laying the garment out on a flat surface. The garment is then measured across the front, side-seam to side-seam, from just a few centimetres below where the sleeve joins the body of the garment. Alternatively, if you are ready to proceed with an order but are still unsure of sizing, you can visit our showroom to try on a sample, or we can organise a sample to be sent to you (you will need to organise the return of the sample in its original packaging/condition to our address).

You sure can! Different styles will have different prices, however, if your order is for 50 garments in total for example, you have the flexibility of ordering 23 business shirts and 27 polos (of varying sizes and colours), with the advantage of purchasing them all at their 50+ total order quantity prices (provided all garments have the exact same decoration on them and are decorated at the same time).

You can call, email, visit us or contact us here or through social media to place an order. Once you have received a formal quote and are happy to go ahead with an order, we will organise an art proof for your approval. This is to clarify details of the order to ensure the final product will be what you envisioned. We require you to approve this via email for our records. Once we have received this approval, we consider this confirmation of your order and will proceed with ordering stock and scheduling the order into production. Changes at this stage usually cannot be made to the order, however, if you have concerns please contact us as soon as possible.

Vector artwork and high-resolution files, such as Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS) and Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) are preferred. We request that any text be converted to outlines (curves) before sending artwork files to us. Depending on the size and quality of the image, and the decoration method being used, we may not be able to use images or logos created or included in Microsoft Word (.DOC), PowerPoint (.PPT), or low resolution/quality files such as .JPEG, .GIF, or. BMP. These are guidelines only and not all files submitted with these extensions are guaranteed to work. Each project will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

PRODUCTION

As a general guide, embroidery orders take approximately 7-10 business days, screen printing orders take approximately 2 weeks, and standard promotional product orders take 2-3 weeks. We will always communicate the expected turnaround time for your order during the quoting and artwork proof stages. If you do have a deadline, however, please let us know as we always do our best to accommodate these.

PAYMENT

Payment options include via credit card in-store or over the phone, or electronic funds transfer (EFT) online (our bank account details are provided on the invoice if you prefer to pay through this method). Your payment terms will be noted on your invoice which is usually emailed to you once your order is completed. Please note that, in some cases, payment prior to production, or a deposit, may be required.

Since the products you order are decorated with your details we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. If you feel your order was processed incorrectly, or if one or more of the products contain a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome is reached. Certainly, if the error is on our behalf, we will rectify the mistake to the best of our ability.
